I had the opportunity to work as the editor on EllieMarieTV’s SHOCKING Hurricane Disaster Footage 2024. This project was not only a chance to handle intense, real-world footage, but also gave me valuable insight into YouTube-style editing — crafting a narrative that’s gripping, fast-paced, and engaging for a wide audience.

The challenge was to balance dramatic footage with emotional storytelling while maintaining a strong rhythm, making sure the impact of the disaster came across authentically. From enhancing visual impact with quick cuts and sound design, this was a fantastic learning experience in both technical editing and adapting to the unique demands of YouTube content.
